Well it’s about time we get this blog going. We’ve been packing like crazy this week and are excited to move to Portland on the day Cruz will turn 6 month’s old, next Monday. For those who don’t know, Cam is doing his internship at Nike in Beaverton from mid-June to mid-August. It’s going to be a fun adventure for our little family. Cam and I have been planning out some fun things to do in the area each weekend.
As for Cruz, he is growing up so fast. It’s amazing the new things he learns each day. Right now, his favorite game is when we stand far away, get his attention, then run up and tickle him. He laughs non-stop! Recently, we’ve started to let him try some mashed up solid foods. Grandma and Grandpa Porter discovered he is a fan of Cottage Cheese when we went to Craigo’s last weekend. We’ve also discovered that certain foods and drinks make him gag. It’s really fun to watch. We let him try a little of our juice and it was way to strong for him! He made the funniest face.
